Do you want your employees to become aware of the impact of their behaviour and to use this awareness to achieve a specific effect?

Work within organizations is work by and with people. The focus in my training is on a wide range of practical exercises aimed at systematically and sustainably increasing the effectiveness of one's own behaviour. I teach fundamental aspects of communication and collaboration in a compact, attractive form, based on current research and practical use of presented approaches and models.

Modern forms of learning are excellently suited for training courses. More than 10 years of experience with 'blended learning' showed me, that the best learning results are achieved with a combination of e-learning and face-to-face seminars: During classroom sessions, the content taught online is translated into the participants' practical experience using simulations, role plays and exercises. This combination greatly improves the successful transfer of the content to the everyday work situation. Since 2020 I offer completely virtual trainings and workshops on demand.
